Find Your People Through an ERG
As we advance our DE&I efforts, Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are an integral part of finding meaningful ways to connect with fellow employees.
ERGs support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture as they allow our employees to deepen their connection with peers based on shared characteristics, experiences, or goals. They also promote networking, collaboration, and career and professional development.
ERGs in Action
We launched our ERG program in 2022 and are encouraged by the interest and participation from our employees across the Risk Strategies family. We currently offer ERGs for:

The Mosaic ERG acknowledges, supports, and fosters an environment of inclusiveness for People of Color (POC) who have directly or indirectly faced systemic challenges in corporate America.

The PRIDE ERG creates community and belonging for those who identify in the LGBTQIA community and its allies through support, advocacy, and celebration.

The Young Professional Network Group provides engagement and networking opportunities for our future leaders.

The Spiritual Connection ERG motivates and elevates employees working to improve morale and spiritual well-being.

The Veterans ERG provides recognition and support of employed military veterans at the company.

The Working Mothers ERG provides a safe space for women with children in the workforce to network and collaborate with one another.
Our ERGs welcome all employees to join, either as a member who identifies with the group, or as an ally.
ERGs are an important part of our success to foster an inclusive workforce and a rewarding work environment as we build a “destination workplace.”
